ROLLCALL HEALTH

Payment changes nothing that is published.

The organizations Rollcall measures can also become its customers. That conflict is real, and it is managed by structure rather than intention.

The rule

Rollcall applies the same published methodology to customers and non-customers. A commercial relationship does not alter a score, a finding classification, a statistical band, publication timing, the handling of a correction or dispute, or any comparative presentation, and it never will.

What that means in practice

  • A paying organization's public page is structurally identical to a non-paying one's. No badge, no enrichment, no visibly faster correction path. If a subscriber's page looked better, every page would be worth less.
  • The Index carries no engagement status. Nothing published says who is or is not a customer.
  • Notices carry no commercial content. Any commercial conversation happens separately, and publication never depends on purchasing anything.
  • Corrections are reviewed on evidence alone. The same standard, the same process, whoever raises them.

What customers pay for is delivery: continuous monitoring, complete evidence files, and integration. The measurement itself is the same one everyone can read here.
